I am the Operations Manager and Program Director for WCLE AM and FM, hosting the morning program on AM 1570 and the afternoons on Mix 104-1.
I have always known
broadcasting would be my place in the world. I had my own “radio station”
in my bedroom as a child. To date, I have been on the air for 22 years, starting at the hometown radio station in Murfreesboro, Tennessee,
as a sophomore in high school (yes, actually collecting a pay-check!).
Country, Adult Contemporary, News-Talk, Hot AC, Alternative Rock, Oldies…I’ve
had my fingers in a lot of formats…and have loved them all! Hartline
and I were on afternoons together on Mix 104-1 in 2000 and 2001…what
a time! I’ve been in Bradley County since 2000.
My wife and I have three
children…one in 3rd Grade at E.L. Ross, one is a junior at Cleveland High School, and the other is a Lee University graduate, now teaching 1st Grade in the Cleveland City School system. My wife, Kristie, works for Cleveland
City Schools, at Yates Primary School. We live in Cleveland
and love Bradley County. I love local radio and Mix 104-1
and WCLE-AM are truly the roots of local radio, speaking
the peace for Cleveland and Bradley County.
I am also the program director and morning show host on 1570 WCLE-AM.
